By accessing Today by Daily Social, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent to online services where you live. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these Terms.

You sign in through Google and choose a unique username. Keep your Google account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, impersonate, or create accounts to evade restrictions.

The service provides public Today posts, Tomorrow previews of scheduled content, Yesterday hourly recaps, private retained timelines, social interactions, direct messaging, and notifications. Content visibility changes automatically with the daily lifecycle and your settings.

You retain ownership of content you create. You give Daily Social a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except for limited backups, legal retention, and copies lawfully retained by other users.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload and that your content and conduct comply with these Terms and applicable law.

We may investigate reports and remove or restrict content, features, or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, secure the service, or comply with law. Blocking changes feed and messaging access but cannot guarantee that another person will not encounter information through other users or copies. We are not required to monitor every item of user content.

Direct messages are visible to conversation participants and are not represented as end-to-end encrypted. Treat communications as information recipients may save or share. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Use blocking and device/reporting channels when appropriate, and contact emergency services for urgent danger.

Paid Android plans are processed by Google Play and renew automatically for the billing period shown in the Play purchase sheet unless canceled. Google Play determines localized prices, taxes, payment methods, trials, renewals, refunds, and applicable payment terms. Canceling stops future renewal but ordinarily keeps paid scheduling and private-retention access until the verified paid period expires. Restore Purchases can reconnect an eligible Play purchase to the same Daily Social account. Manage Subscription opens Google Play subscription settings. The free Daily plan remains available without a recurring charge.

Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google Cloud, Expo, operating-system services, and links or shared destinations are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or practices.

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, email kiranrajplus@gmail.com from your account email. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risk, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that content will be accurate, available, retained, secure, or free from harmful conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Social will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or losses arising from user content or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may change the service or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
